North Beach update: joinery going in, character coming through. 🪵

Arched niches, a solid oak stable door, kitchen cabinetry and a double-height living space with raw timber beams.

Texture. Stone. Craft. 🤎

The second bathroom at our North Beach build brings something different to the table, a hand-carved stone basin and a shower floor that feels like it belongs on a Mediterranean terrace.

Under construction, over delivering. ✨

Arches. Micro-cement. A vanity that stops you in your tracks. 🤍 This is the North Beach bathroom mid-build and it's already giving us luxury hotel energy.

Curves, cantilevers and custom timber battens, the Marmion build is proof that luxury lives in the details.

Not yet completed, already unmistakably Dorrington. 🤍

That skylight though. 👀

The master ensuite at our Marmion build is mid-construction and we are already obsessed.

Double vanities, feature tiles, a walk-in shower bathed in natural light and a skylight that makes you feel like you're showering under the sky. Nearly there. 🤍

Happy Father's Day. ✨

To the dads, the granddads, and the ones who stepped up when it mattered. 🤍

One material, endless possibilities. 🌍

From sweeping feature walls to sculptural columns and everything between, rammed earth proves just how versatile a single material can be when it's in the right hands.

Different shapes, different spaces, same striking result. This is rammed earth at our North Beach build.

Every line, considered. 🤎

The timber staircase detail and handrail in this build are the work of @uniquebalustrading, proof that the smallest junctions are often where the craftsmanship shows most.

Down the hall, that same warmth carries through in timber floors, soft furnishings and a kitchen made for gathering.
